I have been through the ups and downs, navigated the twists and turns, been told "It's all in your head"  -YES!!! My concerns have been minimised, attempts have been made to silence my voice and my symptoms often misdiagnosed. I'm finally in the final phase of the menopause transition. What an adventure it's been.
